Fellowship in Ovarian Cancer Research

The Jacquie Liggett Ovarian Cancer Research Fellowship has been established for basic or translational research conducted in the United States with priority given to Florida. The Fellow can either be a Doctor of Medicine or a PhD.

The award will be given for $50,000 per year and the term of the Fellow's grant will generally be for two years with the possibility of a third year at the recommendation of the H.O.W. Medical Advisory Board.

If the Fellow presents at a recognized society, HOW will contribute $2,000 toward the expenses in addition. Every effort is to be made that the Fellow's primary location for research or for conducting business remains in Florida.
