Brunch for a Good Cause Raises $15,000 for H.O.W.’s Glenda M. Wright Angel Fund

West Palm Beach, FL – September 7, 2025 Brunch for a Good Cause, a sold-out event held at Aioli in West Palm Beach, brought together more than 50 guests to support H.O.W.'s Glenda M. Wright Angel Fund. The fundraiser generated a total of $15,000, with proceeds going directly toward assisting local women in financial need who are battling ovarian cancer.

The event featured a four-course brunch with curated wine pairings, a welcome reception, and a silent auction. It was organized by H.O.W.'s Angels in Action Committee, a dedicated group of local women personally connected to ovarian cancer, who are committed to making a difference through advocacy and fundraising.

Several community partners generously contributed to the success of the event:

  • Michael and Melanie Hackman, owners of Aioli, and Tim and Jenny Lipman, owners of Coolinary Café, hosted and co-presented the event with exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Steve Milchman of Tri-Vin Wine and Spirits provided all wine pairings.
  • David Sabin, PR for Aioli and Coolinary, donated his expertise in public relations.
  • Danelle Gilles of Danelle Gilles Designs, contributed event flyers and menus.

“The overwhelming response from our community, combined with the generosity of our partners and guests, reflects the power of coming together for a cause that touches so many lives,” said Jennifer McGrath, executive director of H.O.W. Every contribution brings us closer to providing hope and vital resources to women facing ovarian cancer.”
